Chief Information Officer (CIO) Seminars

The CIO position is a challenging one... even on a good day.  The CIO seminars provide a fast-paced environment that is packed with techniques that will forever change the way you manage your information technology (IT) organization. These high-powered, energizing seminars will provide the key secrets that are necessary to increase the value of IT to the business. You will be exposed to the tools, techniques and systems used by successful IT senior managers. The IT professionals that teach both the classroom and online versions of these seminars have about a century of knowledge and experience in information technology leadership.  In addition, our educators are experienced Chief Information Officers.  Actually, we wrote the book on it!  Our learning modules are developed based on our founder's book, “Unwrapping the CIO: Demystifying the Chief Information Officer Position”.

The CIO Boot Camp

The CIO Boot Camp seminar is designed to assist the new CIO in understanding all aspects of the position… not just the technology knowledge required.  It covers the executive skills necessary to become successful as a member of the senior leadership team.  This is a two day course that is held at the Leadership Science Institute Training Center in Broomfield, Colorado. 

The CIO Executive Leadership Program

The CIO Executive Leadership education combines many of the skills and techniques taught throughout the W.I.S.D.O.M.^©Leadership Series.  The topics have been modified to address the unique challenges of the CIO position.  This is a two and a half day course that is held at the Leadership Science Institute Training Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
