The Leadership Science Institute, LLC provides training, mentoring and coaching services to business professionals who are currently business leaders.  We also provide these services to business professionals who are aspiring to the leadership levels.  Our services are provided through our proprietary suite of leadership development seminars entitled the W.I.S.D.O.M. Leadership Program©.  This program is an integrated suite of leadership seminars that cover all aspects of leadership.  They range from leadership skills and styles to the development and strategic implementation of a leader’s self-marketing plan.  The coaching and mentoring are one-on-one services that focus on the development of strong and effective leaders.

Wayne L. Anderson - Executive Leadership Coach

Mr. Anderson is the senior Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC. He is a senior executive with equal blend of technical, business, managerial and public sector skills developed during experience with several "Fortune 500" companies and local municipalities. He is a publicly elected official.  He holds the positions of City Council Member and County Commissioner for the City and County of Broomfield in the State of Colorado.  He has extensive experience in helping his clients to manage multi-million dollar budgets and large professional staffs. He also has the unique ability to help his clients attract, retain, develop and motivate outstanding management and professional leaders. Mr. Anderson is an Adjunct Professor in Business and Management at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado. Herb Rubenstein - Leadership / Strategic Planning Consultant

Herb Rubenstein is the president of the Sustainable Business Group. Previously he was a candidate for Congress in Colorado and worked for 28 years in Washington, DC as a business consultant, lawyer, government policy specialist and author. He is the co-author of the Financial Times business book, "Breakthrough, Inc.: High Growth Strategies for Entrepreneurial Organizations", the author of the American Bar Association's "Leadership for Lawyers", and has taught entrepreneurship at Colorado State University, strategic planning in the MBA program at George Washington University, and taught leadership courses at several universities. He is the author of over 100 articles on entrepreneurship, strategic planning, leadership, and communication. 

Michael Horton, Ed. D. - Executive Life Coach

Mr. Horton is a Life Coach, entrepreneurial consultant and writer. He teaches graduate psychology for Walden University and undergraduate psychology for the University of Phoenix. Dr. Horton is an experienced keynote speaker, teacher and workshop facilitator. He has earned the status of Advanced Toastmaster Gold through Toastmasters International. Barbie K. Reed, Chief Visionary Officer of B.K.R. UNLIMITED a National Training Company focus on helping people to discover their unlimited potential; the CEO of Nurturing Yourself Seminars, an organization focuses on the empowerment of women and girls; and President of B. & C. Empowerment Services, Inc..  She is the co-founder of B & P Premier Financial & Housing Services in partnership with Patricia A. Askew that provides high-level professional financial and housing educational services to clients across the country.  She just authored her first book and was recently highlighted in the book “Extreme Excellence, Dynamic Interviews with America’s Top Ten Performance Experts”.

 

Patricia A. Askew - Management Consultant / Personal Development Trainer

Patricia A. Askew is the Founder of EBG Consulting. She is a management consultant and personal development trainer with substantial interpersonal, entrepreneurial, technical, and executive skills.  She cultivated her skills during a career in local government and through community service.  Ms. Askew is a certified Rehabilitation Finance Specialist; a Signing Agent (real estate closings); a University of Phoenix Online Classroom Facilitator for Graduate Studies; and a licensed Mortgage Broker.  During her career, Ms. Askew created, implemented, and administered local, state, and federal programs, policies and procedures.  She is co-founder of B & P Premier Financial & Housing Services in partnership with Barbie K. Reed, a National Training Consultant. This is a dynamic team that provides high-level professional financial and housing educational services to clients across the country.
